With the use of these adapters you can “often” bypass errors generated by your computers ECU shown as a CEL or check engine light. The spacers change the values being read and reported to the ECU. Installation:

  • 1. Remove O2 sensor from the pipe.
  • 2. Bolt in new sensor spacer.
  • 3. Bolt O2 sensor to new spacer by hand firstly.
  • 4. Tighten with a wrench.
  • 5. Do the same on the other side.

Symptom of P0420/P0042 Codes Faulty:

Uses an OBD-II scanner to retrieve trouble codes stored by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).Faulty catalytic converter is the most common reason to cause fault codes P0420/P0042. There are 4 common indicators of faulty.
